AMA Cafe is a family-owned Chinese food corner at Apex Athena in Sector 75, Noida. Ten years in, we still cook the way we started: to order, in small batches, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes kept properly apart. There are twelve seats, so it fills up fast — and most days, that is the nicest thing about it.
We are not trying to be a big restaurant. We are the place you walk to when you want something hot, fast and familiar, and we would rather cook one dish properly than twenty badly.
